Among the billowing folds
Of the silken stretch of time
I twist and turn and morph
Into a novel form each time
People see me glorified
In my most vibrant hues
And then again I retire
Into a bashful timid muse
Some of my avatars
Bring tears and sheer pride
While others cause commotion
Hurting sensibilities and lives
But beauty is my middle name
Creativity is my wife
Inspiration is my progeny
With Recognition i survive
Friends, admirers my worthy audience
Let your minds play their part
In this charade of mimicking life
For I am the cosmic story-teller;
I am Art.

wow! This is a beauty, you showed all the colors we all have in us, some are too shy of coming out with acceptance but you came up very nicely!
Great Post :)
